Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment online. No charges will be made at the time of booking.

After booking, you will receive intake forms via email. Please complete the forms prior to your visit.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly. This may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee charged to the credit card on file. No shows will also result in a fee charged to the credit card on file.
